ONCE A ORDER IS PLACED IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON! ONLY A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF A ITEM AND/OR ITEMS NEED TO BE CHANGED! Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.  In most cases items ship within 2 days from the date the order was placed however sometimes order volume can be higher than expect at certain times of the year.  If you order a small package it will ship in our 3 day shipping class. Larger more expensive items ship in our 2 day shipping class.
LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECIEVED ITEMS
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email.  You may check your packages journey on USPS.COM until it is delivered to your door step.  For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Bee Boutique is not responsible.  Once a package shows it has been scanned in to the USPS system the responsibility then lies on USPS to care for and delivery your merchandise.  If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.  All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost.  If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email. Increasing package insurance will be an additional.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries!  Returns are excepted for store credit only. Exchanges can be made up to 10 days after the processed order ships to you.

Returns can be made up to 10 days after the proc¬¬essed order ships to you for a store credit. If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on shopboutiquebee.com, please follow the return instructions below.
 
You can return merchandise for a STORE CREDIT, which will be credited to you via a discount code to use on the website in the amount of your purchase.
If you would like to make your return by mail:
 
•    Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip and your contact information.
•    Ship your package via US Postal Service or any other mail carrier. 
•    We will process your return within 10 days of receipt and issue you an store credit crerdit. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

Exchanging Bee Boutique merchandise by mail
Exchanging an item purchased on shopboutiquebee.com is easy! Exchanges can be made up to 10 days after the processed order has shipped to the customer.
